Natural Elements Salon naturally had a lot going for it.
It was located in an historic building on a street in a trendy Chicago
neighborhood only blocks from DuPaul University. The trouble was
there were several other salons in the neighborhood competing
for the same people
ERC was asked to raise awareness and increase and convert web traffic
to appointments. The solution? ERC scrubbed the website to make sure there were
keywords in the website text. ERC then added Google Analytics to ensure a baseline
understanding of the traffic coming to the site. ERC then recommended the following:
• Create a new graphic identity for advertising, print and the store facade
• Design several display and text ads to run on Google, Facebook,
Instagram and Yelp
• Design an incentive program (post card series) to hand out after
each appointment “20 off” your first appointment”
The results? After a three month test, bookings are up considerably and
clients want to keep the program going into the new year.
