Owner, Creative Director


Eric oversees all of the creative and strategic direction at ERC. He has over 25 years of multi-channel advertising, design and directing experience working in advertising agencies such as DDB/TracyLocke, DMB&B, JWT and Publicis.

Eric founded ERC in 2009 with the goal of bringing big agency thinking and powerful results to clients looking for a more flexible, creative and personal alternative than multi-national agency holding companies can provide. And, he has surrounded himself with well-seasoned professionals who hold the same ideals.

  • Brand launches: Oscar Mayer Lunchables, Motorola/StarTAC, Dell, Budweiser/O’Doul’s and Kraft shredded cheese, CibaVision, Del Webb and Bays English Muffins
  • Brand re-launches: Hammes Company, Stitely Entertainment, TWA, Aurora Health Care and The American Academy of Dermatology
  • Recognition: Several appearances in Communication Arts, Archive and the Addys for clients such as Volvo, Dell, the AAD and Ankin Law

Suzy Kahn Weinberg

Suzy has held producer and project manager roles in Chicago with Marshall Creative, Second City and Closer Look Creative. And for the last two years Suzy has been a producer with the career advice podcast, “The Big Payoff Radio Show.” She is a writer and co-producer of a monthly stories on stage show called “Is This a Thing?” Suzy’s extensive project management experience helps move ERC projects forward on time and on budget.

And her passion for storytelling jives well with the creative process ERC strives to bring to each project.


Mark Dominiak

Mark Dominiak

Director, Media Services


Mark has over 20 years of experience in the communications industry. His core area of expertise is founded in media and message context strategy. He leads and handles all of ERC’s Media Strategy.

Prior to ERC, Mark’s career spanned many years at FCB, Chicago where he led the Kraft media team for seven years, managing more than 30 brands over the years, billing from $60 to $150 million a year.

During his FCB years, Mark also led media and strategy development for John Deere, Circuit City and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida.

Mark’s efforts leading the BCBS/F team culminated in an FCB award for excellence in integrated marketing. Other responsibilities included FCBi’s media team, managing 20+ e-commerce brands, and Coors brands including new product introductions, winning awards for his work on Louis Rich, Keystone Beer and Zima Clearmalt. Mark touched several other brands over the years including SC Johnson, Alka-Selter Plus and First Chicago.
